These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kishan Solutions website, mobile application and related services (the "Platform"), operated by Kishan Solutions. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

The Platform is provided to help job seekers find employment opportunities and to help employers find suitable candidates, including driver positions. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.

4. Job Seeker Responsibilities

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile, resume and applications.
• Use reasonable judgment when sharing personal information with employers.
• Understand that Kishan Solutions is not a party to any employment agreement between you and an employer.

5. Employer Responsibilities

• Post only genuine, lawful job openings with accurate descriptions and compensation details.
• Do not request upfront payment, deposits or fees from job seekers as a condition of employment.
• Comply with applicable labor laws when hiring through the Platform.
• Kishan Solutions reserves the right to remove listings that appear misleading, fraudulent or non-compliant.

6. Driver KYC & Verification

Driver and certain other roles require completion of KYC verification before activation. Providing false documents or information during this process may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading or fraudulent job listings or profiles.
• Harassing, discriminating against or misrepresenting yourself to other users.
• Attempting to bypass, hack or disrupt the Platform's security or functionality.
• Scraping, copying or redistributing Platform content without permission.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate job search or hiring activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the Kishan Solutions name, logo, design and software, is owned by or licensed to Kishan Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kishan Solutions does not guarantee that any job listing will result in employment, or that any candidate will meet an employer's requirements. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of content posted by users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kishan Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes between job seekers and employers.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in activity that harms other users or the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time through account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
